Q . What will I get from the Boot camp?
A . There are many classes that are simply mediocre or just plain no good,
and what's more is that they are held in halls and studios that become hot,
sweaty and sometimes intimidating.
I wanted to combine the best workouts and exercises and offer them in a friendly
group setting with mother nature providing the scenery as you burn fat! You'll
get a super effective workout, be around other like minded people, and get
all the goodness being outdoors has to offer, Fab!
Q. What will I be doing?
A. My class will include some of the most effective and fun exercise elements you will probably ever do. This includes circuit training, combat / boxing drills, weight training, Speed and agility drills, teamwork, and aerobic movements for good measure! Also included are "TABATA" training methods which are some of the most effective fat burning training methods available! One thing is sure, you'll get the feel good factor all day long!
Q. Do I need to bring anything special?
A. No! All you need is to bring water , a smile and enthusiasm. All other equipment is provided.
Q. Is it for "Super-Fit" people?
A. No! Most definitely not!
I have designed my boot camp to be user friendly and everyone can get a great
workout and work at their own pace.
You wont be shouted at like at some boot camps, but you will be motivated
and encouraged every step of the way! The emphasis is on having a fun, friendly
group workout experience
Q. Is it Expensive?
A. Its really affordable. When you compare it to London Personal Training rates of £35 per hour and upwards, its superb value and you're getting a fat busting all over body workout in a fun group setting.
